In my own life I have used the tools I have learned along the way as a Human Resources professional working in nonprofit educational organizations. I have worked with, coached, and mentored employees at all levels within these organizations from C-level executives to support staff.
My own education started with a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts

I started my own coaching journey when I attended the Inner Visions Institute for Spiritual Development. For me, this process supported my own growth and healing along with teaching me coaching tools and skills. I then attended the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) program and have become a Certified Professional
I started my own coaching journey when I attended the Inner Visions Institute for Spiritual Development. For me, this process supported my own growth and healing along with teaching me coaching tools and skills. I then attended the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) program and have become a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index -Master Practitioner.
I call on my intuitive nature and all I have studied: shamanic journeying and healing, mediumship, Integrated Energy Therapy, and other modalities to support and guide you through each session.
I continue my own studies because I believe learning and growing are life-long processes.

I have always been the friend everyone comes to when they need someone to listen, brainstorm ideas, and find solutions. Along the way, I discovered how much I enjoyed supporting others and helping them reach their goals and live their best lives. Sometimes lives they had only dreamed about.
